The Iowa State University College of Human Science's Dean's List honors students who have earned a grade point average of 3.5 or higher during the fall semester of 2017.
Dean's Honor Roll status is awarded to students who successfully complete a minimum of 12 credit hours and maintain a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.

A University of Dayton team of seven students finished first among five teams at the Southern Ohio Region Collegiate Leadership Competion April 29 in Oxford, Ohio. Collegiate Leadership Competition (CLC), a nonprofit college leadership program founded in 2015, creates a dynamic practice field where student leaders can apply what they're learning in a context that stretches them to the boundaries of their leadership knowledge, skills and abilities. CLC makes leadership a real, tangible experience for the future of corporate and organizational leaders.

Capping off a day-long Celebration of the Liberal Arts at Wittenberg University, the campus community came together to celebrate the achievements of students and faculty members alike at the annual Honors Convocation in Weaver Chapel. The faculty commemorated the occasion in full academic regalia as the university recognized high achievement of students and faculty members in academic and co-curricular activities.
Inspired by the vision of the Springfield Promise Neighborhood to form a local collaborative, neighborhood-based effort to ensure children are school-ready by kindergarten and college and work-ready by graduation, Wittenberg students completed service projects with elementary school students during the university's annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service on Jan. 31.
